Chocolate Chunk Muffins

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 20 min (depends how many trays can fit in your oven!)
Makes: 12 muffins

1/4 Cup Cocoa
2 cups plain flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
100g butter, melted
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup milk
1/2 cup white chocolate button (chop coursely with a knife)
1/2 cup milkchocolate button (chop coursely with a knife)

Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius
Mix all ingredients together, in order, in a large bowl until just combined and moistened
Spoon into well greased muffin tins
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes
Cool upside down on a wire rack

I recommend you make a double recipe if taking into a workplace, and reheating in the microwave prior to serving.
