1 Best if you have a food processor, but not essential; Finely chop cabbage and place into large bowl. |

2 Add grated carrots, diced onion. |
||||||
|
3 Smother with coleslaw dressing to taste. |
||||||
|
4 Add finely chopped capsicum for some extra colour. |
||||||
