Jensenburgers (hamburgers)

Ingredients
500 g
'Premium' minced beef  
1 cup
Bread crumbs  
1
Onion finely chopped
1/4 cup
Fruit / tomato chutney  
1 tsp
Salt
1 tbsp
Sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp
Flour  
   
 
 
1 slab
Beer to drink
Method

1 Place all ingredients into a metal mixing bowl; combine well, adding extra breadcrumbs of flour if required.

2 Form meat mixture into patties, about the size of a peach.

3 Preheat a greased barbecue plate on high heat. Reduce heat to low - medium, add beef patties, flattening out with a 'bar b mate'.

Serve on own with salad, or within bread or bun. I use bread and serve with my own coleslaw and a dop of tomato sauce on top; also good with onions and lettuce.
