Jensenburgers (hamburgers)

| Method | ||||||
|
1 Place all ingredients into a metal mixing bowl; combine well, adding extra breadcrumbs of flour if required. |

2 Form meat mixture into patties, about the size of a peach. |
||||||
|
3 Preheat a greased barbecue plate on high heat. Reduce heat to low - medium, add beef patties, flattening out with a 'bar b mate'. |

|
Serve on own with salad, or within bread or bun. I use bread and serve with my own coleslaw and a dop of tomato sauce on top; also good with onions and lettuce. |
